Each Player may hold one (1) Account only on the rpvi4 Platform. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

rpvi4 is committed to maintaining a secure and fraud-free environment for all Players. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal request is processed.
KYC verification requires the submission of the following documents:
rpvi4 may request additional documentation at any time, including on accounts with elevated transaction volumes or where fraud risk indicators are present. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request will have the request suspended until verification is complete.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment channels may impose their own limits which are beyond rpvi4's control. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name; third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned minus any applicable processing costs.
Deposit transactions are credited to the Player's Wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. rpvi4 does not charge internal fees on deposits; however, the Player's bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges. rpvi4 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the Player's financial institution.
Withdrawals may be requested at any time to a Player's verified Indonesian bank account or registered e-wallet. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. rpvi4 processes withdrawal requests according to the following guidelines:
rpvi4 does not charge internal fees on withdrawals. All withdrawals are settled in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Company reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request where fraud risk indicators are present, which may extend processing time.
Winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Any attempt to withdraw bonus-derived funds before requirements are satisfied will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

Upon account closure for breach of this Agreement, rpvi4 reserves the right to retain any remaining balance in the Player's Wallet as a remedy for damages. Where the account is closed at the Company's discretion for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after all pending security checks have been completed.
All content on the rpvi4 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface design, logos, software code, game assets, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of rpvi4 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. No other licence or right is granted. Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of rpvi4.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rpvi4 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

rpvi4 collects, stores, and processes Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.
In summary, rpvi4 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the Platform experience. Data is not sold to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to the Company's legal retention obligations.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If a Player does not accept the amended terms, they should cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate a withdrawal of any remaining verified balance before the effective date of the change.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rpvi4 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the Company's customer support team shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
Players acknowledge that online gambling is subject to complex and evolving legal frameworks in Indonesia. The Company makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate in every jurisdiction from which it is accessed. Players access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for complying with applicable local laws.
